Milwaukee Brewers
The Brewers might be the only real team that could stop a Dodgers three-peat early in the postseason. A strong lineup, spearheaded by Brice Turang and Jake Bauers, gave this team a real boost all year. With Brandon Woodruff potentially facing a career-ending injury, though, they might benefit from a Skubal trade if they can’t get a reunion with Freddy Peralta.
On the offensive side, there’s no question that number-one prospect Jesus Made would be moving in a hypothetical trade. He would likely move to second base, given Kevin McGonigle would be the team’s shortstop, but it’s a big net nonetheless. Luis Lara and Josh Adamczewski would also move. As for pitching, the Brewers have several pitchers under team control for a few years in Robert Gasser and Brandon Sproat; A perfect setup for a trade.
