Round 5, Pick 173: Nate Boerkircher, Tight End, Texas A&M

Isaiah Likely leaving in free agency is a significant loss to the offense. Not only does Jackson lose a big-play target, but there is now little depth behind an aging Mark Andrews, who is coming off a career-worst 442 receiving yards in 2025. The Ravens need another tight end, and Nate Boerkircher could fill that void at this point in the draft.
Boerkircher is a blocking tight end, but he did post a career-high three receiving touchdowns for the Aggies last season. He has the frame teams want in a tight end at 6’5″ and 245 pounds, and he has a tenacity as a blocker that can’t be coached. Boerkircher’s limited receiving production and inconsistent fundamentals in the later stages of run blocking hurt his stock. He complements Andrew’s game well and would be a great fit in Baltimore.
