10. Miami Gets Their Quarterback In Malik Willis, Capping Top Ten 2026 NFL Offseason Moves

The Dolphins desperately needed a quarterback after finding out that Tua Tagovailoa is not the guy and signed Malik Willis in free agency. It’s a three-year $67.5 million opportunity for Willis. He played backup to Jordan Love in Green Bay last season, starting four games and playing at a high level.
Willis completed an astronomical 85.7% of his passes last year, a little above his eye-opening 74.1% the year before. He averaged 12.3 yards per attempt with the Packers, in large part due to a cannon for an arm that is arguably the best in the entire NFL. He makes a fast offense that much more explosive.
