Round 2, Pick 61: Brian Parker II, Tackle, Duke

los angeles rams mock, 2026 nfl draft, brian parker, duke

Rob Havenstein anchored the right side of the offensive line for 11 seasons, but retired in February. His departure opens a massive hole at the right tackle spot that Kyren Williams won’t want to run through, but every edge rusher will. Havenstein was injured most of last season, and Warren McClendon was up and down while filling in for him. Brian Parker would be a solution here, and at the very least, give the offensive line some depth.

Parker is an excellent pass blocker. The Rams must keep Stafford upright to give them the best possible chance to win a Super Bowl in what may be the quarterback’s final year. Parker isn’t as effective in the run game as in the pass game, but he can hold his blocks and give 100% effort on every play.

Parker’s body control, hand accuracy, and ability to diagnose the play make him crucial as a plug-in piece along the offensive line. The Rams have dealt with countless injuries since Stafford’s arrival, and their best seasons were when the offensive line was the healthiest. Parker can play any position up front, making him an invaluable draft pick.
