Round 4, Pick 114: Connor Lew, Center, Auburn

atlanta falcons mock, nfl draft, 2026, connor lew, auburn

This one may be a bit puzzling, considering Ryan Neuzil outperformed Drew Dalman, who he replaced in 2025. While Neuzil was a pleasant surprise, Matthew Bergeron was just average at guard, and he is in the final year of his contract with the Falcons. In round four, the team brings in a versatile interior lineman who will get reps at center and guard during the preseason, and that’s Auburn’s Connor Lew.

At 6’4 and 310 pounds, Lew has good size for the interior. He’s better in the passing game than the running game, but that will get whipped out of him quickly, playing for a team that ran for 2,100 yards in 2025. He has a wrestling background, so he can grapple with the best nose tackles in the league. He also displays that scary, mean attitude that O-line coaches salivate for.

Lew is recovering from a torn ACL, but that’s why the Falcons can get him so low in the draft. He does not possess elite strength at the point of attack and can be pushed around by bigger and stronger players.
