WR Alec Pierce, Indianapolis Colts

Pierce is the first guy on the list without an AARP card, but he hasn’t ever broken out,
which is why he was never offered a contract extension to stay with the Colts. He had
41 catches as a rookie, followed by 32, then 37, and finally last season, where he pulled
in a career high 47. The intriguing thing about Pierce is that while he may not catch
many balls, when he does, they are for big gains.
Pierce averaged 21.3 yards per reception last season and 22.3 in 2024. He is highly
volatile, in a good way. When targeted in the passing game, the last two seasons,
quarterbacks had a passer rating of 106.2 and 112.4, respectively. He is best suited for
a vertical offense that features a quarterback with a big arm. Wherever Malik Willis
lands would be a good spot.
