Buffalo Bills: Is The Addition Of DJ Moore Enough At Receiver?

The Bills acquired Chicago Bears receiver DJ Moore in an effort to provide their former MVP quarterback with more reliable weapons. While Moore is an upgrade for Buffalo, he is coming off a season where he put up a career low in receiving yards. He also barely managed to outproduce teammates Rome Odunze and Luther Burden despite starting all 17 games.
Beyond Moore, the Bills still have Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman, though the latter has yet to live up to draft stock. Bills owner Terry Pegula even suggested in a press conference that Coleman wasn’t general manager Brandon Beane’s pick, but was pushed for by the now-fired coaching staff. These comments suggest Buffalo has little faith in the former Florida State receiver, suggesting they could look to target one in the Draft.
This class is full of talented prospects at receiver throughout every round. While Buffalo should prioritize other needs early, someone to compete for the third spot behind Moore and Shakir could help Allen return to winning MVP and hopefully a Super Bowl.
